2. Any online purchases of standard offer services are made through the platform for selling digital products and integrating with payment platforms, Sendowl. Payment is made via platform PayPal or Stripe. Alternatively, they can be made directly through the electronic payment platforms PayPal or Stripe. The site does not record or access payment details.

3. Refunds are not possible if the implementation of the projects has already started, unless otherwise individually agreed.

3. Offer Details: The offer includes only the work done by BerriesOnTheWeb. Costs related to domain name registration and hosting are not included in the offer and should be paid directly to the provider selected by BerriesOnTheWeb by the beneficiary photographer.

Participant Obligations: As a participant, you are required to commit to the project, provide any relevant information, material, approval, review, and meet any other request related to the project (including meeting requests) within the timeframe stated by BerriesOnTheWeb. Failure to do so may result in the project being aborted.

5. Post-Selection Terms: If selected and your website goes live, you agree to provide a testimonial for the project, allow your project to be showcased and referenced on the website and any other media related to BerriesOnTheWeb, and allow your name and your website (and url) to be referenced in any marketing and advertising material chosen by BerriesOnTheWeb.

The user of the site and other sub-pages thereof must observe all notices regarding copyright and other proprietary rights in accordance with the existing and applicable Legislation on the protection of intellectual property.
