2. Any online purchases of standard offer services are made through the platform for selling digital products and integrating with payment platforms, Sendowl. Payment is made via platform PayPal or Stripe. Alternatively, they can be made directly through the electronic payment platforms PayPal or Stripe. The site does not record or access payment details.
3. Refunds are not possible if the implementation of the projects has already started, unless otherwise individually agreed.

Failure to do so may result in the project being aborted.

Post-Selection Terms: If selected and your website goes live, you agree to provide a testimonial for the project, allow your project to be showcased and referenced on the website and any other media related to BerriesOnTheWeb, and allow your name and your website (and url) to be referenced in any marketing and advertising material chosen by BerriesOnTheWeb.
